Take to the skies in Mario Kart 7 with flying gameplay!
Mario Kart 7 is the first Mario Kart game since Mario Kart: Double Dash to feature new gameplay enhancements that will truly add a new dimension to the gameplay.
Players can gain some air and hover with new Hang Glider wings! These wings can be added onto your Kart during customization mode and will gain access to all new secret paths and shortcuts during the tracks that can only be accessed from the air!
Mario Kart 7 underwater sections are also a go in this newest installment, with a new propeller that allows the carts to drive through underwater portions of the tracks!
Also making their glorious return is Coin Collecting! Like with the original Super Mario Kart, collecting Coins will allow you to go faster. They’ll also increase your “defense” against oncoming attacks.
