The release dates for White Knight Origins on PSP and White Knight Chronicles 2 on PS3 have been announced.

White Knight Chronicles 2 and White Knight Chronicles Origins will be hitting store shelves on the same day! Which game will you choose?

The release dates are: June 10th, 2011 in the UK and Ireland, June 9th in Australia and New Zealand, and June 8th in other PAL regions. White Knight Chronicles 2 will hit America meanwhile on August 2nd, 2011… If that is still the plan.

White Knight Chronicles 2 continues the epic story of Leonard with a brand new 30+ hour single player campaign. Featuring a fully redesigned, dynamic new combat system, you can create and customise your own exciting attack strategies and combos. With online play for up to six players, you can choose to tackle co-op quests or free-roam the game world as a team, plus the Georama feature returns allowing you to build your own customizable town online. White Knight Chronicles II also supports easy-play chat (via keyboard) and voice chat.

No word either on whether or not White Knight Chronicles Origins will be hitting America.

Leaving behind the Dogma War and Leonard and his friends for a brand new tale of adventure, White Knight Chronicles: Origins offers an entirely new story set 10,000 years before the events of the original PS3 game. With a 30+ hour single player campaign and cooperative play for up to 4 friends, White Knight Chronicles: Origins has plenty to keep you going on the move. You’ll also be able to trade quests and avatars with your friends.
