The Liberty Pass is a downloadable gift that is required for you to unlock the special Legendary Pokemon Victini, who is unobtainable in any other fashion. The Liberty Item is a special timed item whose clock runs out on April 10th, 2011. That means you have all of this month and a little bit of next month to get your hands on Pokemon Black or Pokemon White, connect to the Internet with your copy of the game via Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection and download the special item.
