A live-action Homefront game trailer has been released that shows an American famiy firing an RPG (Rocket-Propelled Grenade) from the back of a school bus at the invading North Korean forces.

This naturally fits the tagline of “Home Is Where the War Is” pretty well as Homefront is set in a near future America in 2027 when a nuclear-armed Korean People’s Army invades the USA.

It also spotlights how the unique setting of this first-person shooter and it’s storyline was written by John Milius; Who worked on and co-wrote the scripts for the films Apocalypse Now and Red Dawn.

Here is the new teaser trailer.

The Homefront release date is on March 15th for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
