World 3: Ruins
KONG Letters and Puzzle Pieces in Level 3-1: Wonky Waterway
Puzzle Piece 1: Hover over the pier, move to the left and collect your first puzzle piece.
Letter K: As you approach the DK platform you will see the K block hovering above the platform.
Puzzle Piece 2: Once you have entered the bonus area remember to collect all the banana’s coins and the balloon. Once you have cleared the area you will receive a puzzle piece.
Letter O: Get back to the grassy layer and collect the O block.
Puzzle Piece 3: After moving past the checkpoint, watch out for the screaming pillars that fall down, pound the second pillar to get a puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 4: You will then see a statue head a little further along, in a lower level near the head you can retrieve a puzzle piece.
Letter N: You will then come to an area that has a lot of unsteady rock platforms! After shooting out of the barrel and jump over the Tiki Zings you will find the N block.
Puzzle Piece 5: Once you are back on solid ground, blow and pound the Tiki Bomber to reveal another puzzle piece.
Letter G: Continue on to the round and pound the stone that has fallen from the statue, this with give you the G block.
Puzzle Piece 6: Once you have reached the end barrel, hover past it and you will land in an area off screen. Pull on the vine to open the stones mouth and grab the last puzzle piece.
KONG Letters and Puzzle Pieces in Level 3-2: Button Bash
Puzzle Piece 1: Right at the start of the level, pound the ground (shake your Wii Remote) under the mouth / inside of the stone head on the left. Quickly jump away to the right of it before it shuts and kills you, now that it has fallen down, jump over the head on top of the brick to the left to collect your first puzzle piece. — Thanks to Julie for the fantastic tip.
Puzzle Piece 2: Once you have been shot out of the barrels and landed on the ruin, jump on the stilts to clear the area then pound the yellow gourd to release the puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 3: You can reach the puzzle piece by shooting up in the three barrels, grab onto the grassy layer, climb down the grassy layer to find another puzzle piece.
Letter K: Use the Tiki Tanks head to bounce off as they give you really good hight to collect the K block.
Puzzle Piece 4: You will then come across a series of barrels and tumblers, once you reach the last barrel it will shoot you to the bonus level, remember to collect all the goodies in the bonus room so you can collect the all important puzzle piece.
Letter O: Use the stilts underneath the O block, use them to collect it.
Puzzle Piece 4: After you have passed the checkpoint, jump up and grab the grassy layer and climb up to the ledge climbing to the left. Pound the ground and a barrel will appear. Jump into the barrel and enter the bonus area. Remember to collect all the collectables to gain the puzzle piece before the time runs out.
Puzzle Piece 5: When you reach the grassy layer hang onto it until the puzzle piece comes into view.
Letter N: Once you have passed the checkpoint it is another barrels and tumblers section, jump into the barrel. You will grab the N block once you shoot out of the barrel (you will fly right through it).
Letter G & Puzzle Piece 6/7: Once the end of the level comes into sight, we will have to go onto a series of platforms. Make sure you time your jumps because you will fall to the floor and have to start all over, so be patient, when you reach the top go along the left hand side to collect the last puzzle piece, then move over to the right hand side to collect the last G block.
KONG Letters and Puzzle Pieces in Level 3-3: Mast Blast
Puzzle Piece 1: At the start of the level move to the left, jump over the gap and blow the flower to reveal the first puzzle piece.
Letter K: One you have gone past the first checkpoint turn to the left, wait until the snap snaps have caught up with you. Jump on them to grab the K Block.
Puzzle Piece 2: Head past the checkpoint, jump on the wooden block. Pound it and you will fall in a lower section where the puzzle piece is located
Letter O: Keep going, watching out for the pirate ships they will be jumping on the crates of explosives. Be careful as they are explosives they will damage your hearts so watch out, you can collect your O block above the explosives.
Letter N: After the second checkpoint, pound on the trap door to enter an area on the ship go left and find the N block and return to the checkpoint.
Puzzle Piece 3: After you have shot yourself to another ship, roll to your right rough the debris and down into the main deck., once you have cleared the explosives, drop down into the bonus level. You know what to do to collect this puzzle piece.
:Letter G: Once you have reached the tilted mast, run one way to tilt the mast and quickly run and jump. Grabbing onto another grassy mast where you can find the G block.
Puzzle Piece 4: After you have collected the letters block, jump to the right and go to the front of the ship. You must jump to the highest point of the ship, watch out for the snap snaps. Keeping going to the right where you will find a puzzle piece
Puzzle Piece 5: Make your way to the mast where the crate of explosives are, watch out for the cannons. Make sure you time your moves so you don’t get knocked by the cannons. When the crate of explosives blow it will reveal the last puzzle piece.
KONG Letters and Puzzle Pieces in Level 3-4: Damp Dungeon
Pull Piece 1: Make your way to the ruins and across the waterwheel you can collect the DK barrel hold onto the barrel for now. As you will need it to throw at a bag once you move past the second waterwheel. When you throw the barrel at the bag a puzzle piece will fall. Jump down to claim your puzzle piece
Letter K: Jump onto the grassy layer and climb past the Snaggles, jump down to claim the K block.
Puzzle Piece 2: Once you have made it onto solid ground, pound the leafy area to break down the trapdoor to find a puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 3: Jump across to a small waterwheel, landing on a platform with falling statues, pound the block to get another puzzle piece.
Letter O: Keeping jumping across till you reach another small waterwheel, the O block is right in the middle of the platform.
Puzzle Piece 4: Jump across to the fast spinning waterwheel, drop down to the platform below blow on the dandelion to reveal a puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 5: Move past the checkpoint dropping onto a lower platform, jump over to the grassy layer climb along it until you reach the bonus level, you know what to do in the bonus levels!
Puzzle Piece 6: After you have left the bonus level jump onto a higher platform to get the DK barrel. Drop down to the lower platform blowing on the windmill to rise the platform in the background. This platform holds a puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 7: Once you make your way to the large waterwheel. Pick up the barrel and carry it across to the last platform throwing it at the top part of the wheel where there is a bag, to release the puzzle piece.
Letter N: The N block is located at the top of the waterwheel. It is located at the top right.
Letter G: Grab hold of the grassy layer, make your way across over the wooden spikes grabbing the G block along your way.
Puzzle Piece 8: Once you got the block letter, pound the trapdoor in between the spikes, this will take you to the bonus level, remember to grab all the collectables in the bonus area in less than 30 seconds to claim the last puzzle piece.
KONG Letters and Puzzle Pieces in Level 3-5: Itty Bitty Biters
Puzzle Piece 1: At the start of the level you need to go to the right. Climb up the grassy wall and jump into the barrel that will take you to the bonus area. Collect all the goodies in under 30 seconds!
Letter K: When you reach the area where the K block is located, you must use the Cageberry to help you jump high enough to claim it.
Puzzle Piece 2: Jump up to the top platform to claim the puzzle piece.
Letter O: When you see the O block come into view, jump past it to the platform on the right. The carefully rolling off the edge to claim the O block.
Puzzle Piece 3: Once you have used the Toothberry in the cage to jump up, get passed the two Toothberry’s that are not in cages. Dropping to the right hand side of the pillar, entering from the bottom up to claim another puzzle piece.
Letter N: Jump on the AckStacks to get the height to claim the N block letter.
Puzzle Piece 4: You will then come to another Cageberry. Move past it and get the DK barrel. Using the Cageberry to launch you into the air, you will then see a hidden area with a puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 5: Blow out the candles on either side of the Cageberry, this will cause the statue in the back to move and give you a puzzle piece. Jumping on the Cageberry to launch yourself to claim your puzzle piece.
Letter G: Jump onto the Toothberry to gain height when jumping for the G block.
Puzzle Piece 6: Once you have dealt with all the Toothberry’s you will be launched up to the surface. Jump on the mushroom on the left and don’t forget to blow on that dandelion as it will give you the last puzzle piece.
KONG Letters and Puzzle Pieces in Level 3-6: Temple Topple
Puzzle Piece 1: At the start of the level go left, collect the DK barrel and add Diddy to your back. Jumping on the platforms and jump into a barrel. Collect all the banana’s coins and don’t forget that all important puzzle piece.
Letter K: Using Rambi, charge through the spikes, pound the trap door which will take you into a secret chamber. That holds the K block.
Puzzle Piece 2: Head back to the start using Rambi to crash through blocks, he will charge through a block that holds another puzzle piece.
Letter O: Continuing to the right crashing through more blocks, at the end of the path jump off the end to get the O block., if you miss it there is no way you can turn back and get it.
Puzzle Piece 3: Head past the checkpoint. Before the second tower approaching there will be a blue Tiki Bomber on pounding the Tiki bomber will reveal a puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 4: Once you have reached the flower platform. Bounce on it to reach the N block. Whilst you are running from the falling walkways jump to grab the puzzle piece!
Letter G: When you have reached a collapsing platform, jump up and grab the G block.
Puzzle Piece 5: When you reach the end barrel, move passed it. Pounding the container to the right this will contain the final puzzle piece.
KONG Letters and Puzzle Pieces in Level 3-K: Shifty Smashers
Puzzle Piece 1: The first puzzle piece is located in a safe spot down low. Wait until the blocks have slide to the right, drop down and stay in the safe area to grab the puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 2: Get onto the platform on the right of the second puzzle piece, the block will slide the puzzle piece to you
Puzzle Piece 3: This one can be a bit hard to get, stand near the container up to the right hand side of the puzzle piece. As the blocks slide left drop down and grab the puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 4: This puzzle piece is located beneath a small block, wait until the blocks move away and grab the puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 5: The last puzzle piece is located along small platforms with spikes in between. You must jump and grab the puzzle piece as you rush along the small platforms.
