The Last Guardian made an appearance at the Tokyo Game Show 2010 after skipping E3 2010, and surprised with a release-window.
The game, which is being developed by Team ICO as the highly anticipated next title following ICO and Shadow of the Colossus, will be released in Japan around holiday of next year, 2011. Though it’s unclear if that date also includes outside of Japan.
While those who are eagerly awaiting the title will definitely be a bit disappointed at how far off the PlayStation 3-exclusive is, they will at least be happy to see some new footage from the game.
