Code to Unlock the Bancho Ratchet Skin
Pause the game and then press this code: Up, Right, Down, Left, Triangle, Square, X, Circle, R3. This will unlock the Banjo Skin for Ratchet.
Cheats overview
Earn the corresponding amount of Skill Points to unlock the desired Cheat.
1. Customize Aphelion (Customize the look of your Lombax Starship) – 100 Skill Points
2. Cryomine Glove Ultra – 250 Skill Points
3. Altered Arsenal (Change Ratchet’s weapon size) – 400 Skill Points
4. Rainbow Trails (Make your projectiles RAINBOW!) – 550 Skill Points
5. Wrench Replacement (Replaces Ratchet’s weapon with: Rubber Chicken, Plunger, Azimuth’s Wrench, Chronosceptor or Omniwrench) – 700 Skill Points
6. Time Distortion (Adjust time in your next adventure to Fast Speed, Super Speed or Normal) – 850 Skill Points
7. Mirrored Levels (The orientation of the levels has been mirrored!) – 1000 Skill Points
How to Unlock Challenge Mode
In order to unlock Challenge Mode, you must first beat the game on any difficulty setting. Doing this will allow you to play “Challenge Mode” where all of your Weapons, Bolts, Armor, etc. are carried over from your previous playthrough!
How to Unlock Hardcore Difficulty
The Hardcore Difficulty Setting is unlocked once you beat the game on either Casual, Medium or Hard Difficulty. Once unlocked, you can change your difficulty level on previous saved games via the Options Menu, or you can start a new game on Hardcore.
How to Unlock the Insomniac Museum
To unlock the Insomniac Museum, beat the game. Afterward, fight Lord Vorselon aboard his shop. If you have collected all 40 Zoni, then you will be allowed to enter the Corvus Sector of his ship to fight him. Beat him, and you’ll unlock the Insomniac Museum.
How to Unlock Previous Ratchet & Clank Saved Game Bonuses
Have you played previous games in the Ratchet & Clank series for PS3? If you have played either “Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction” or “Ratchet & Clank Future: Quest for Booty”, then you can earn some extras in A Crack In Time by booting the game with those save files intact on your hard drive. If you have a save file from Tools of Destruction, you will earn discounts at vendors, if you have a save from Quest for Booty, then you will unlock the Pirate Hat Skin.
