Tomorrow (June 13, 2010) is the only day of the year that you can earn the “Mid-Summer Classic” Achievement/Trophy in MLB 2K10.
The Achievement is worth 40 GamerPoints or a Silver Trophy depending on whether you are playing the Xbox 360 or the PS3 version.
In order to get it, all you have to do is play an “All-Star Game” in MLB 2K10’s “MLB Today” Mode, which allows you to play the scheduled games of that day as the correspond exactly with the line-ups in the real world, in this case the All-Star game.
So what do you think about these type of Achievements/Trophy which are nearly impossible to get. Does it increase the value enough for you to try and get that game just to get the Achievement (I’m gonna go see if I can rent the game from Blockbuster tomorrow…. And I never go to Blockbuster) or does it step out the lines of decency/morality that should be allowed when it comes to these things?
