First NBA Elite 11 trailer shows gameplay and developers

NBA Elite 11 announced for Xbox 360 and PS3
The first NBA Elite 11 gameplay footage was debuted at E3 2010 where publisher EA Sports gave players their first glimpse at this all-new title.

The game promises so many new upgrades that they literally changed the name from “NBA Live” to “NBA Elite”. And “l33t” it truly is.

NBA Elite 11 promises to re-invent the wheel when it comes to basketball games by offering full-on realistic physics for every aspect of the game, running at all time (no more canned animations). Along with superior handling, based on the real physics, that allow you to control your player like never before.

The physics truly do wonders and when you see it in action, it looks extremely impressive. With the new controls, the left stick controls your feet and the right stick controls your hands. This gives you the freedom and ability to completely maneuver your player how you want to and perform the exact moves you mean to perform.

Oh and no more bumping into other players and losing control based on canned animations. Defense also benefits from this new system. And now, shots are actually based on pure skill instead of any sort of luck…

Here is the game’s debut developer diary giving us a first look at the new game.
