The Xbox 360 Slimline console will be released on June 15th or 16th 2010 as the new redesigned console hits stores THIS WEEK.
The news was announced at Microsoft’s Pre-E3 2010 Press Conference.
The system was revealed and shown to the audience on-stage as a Microsoft company exec took the fake casing of the current Xbox 360 model off of a Slim, black-colored beauty hidden underneath!
The new system looks slick and small. Same as we already covered (Slim Xbox 360 revealed by leaked ad). Microsoft says it will be “whisper quiet”. It has built in Wi-Fi 802.11N (best wi-fi tech they say) for same price of $300 and will be available in stores THIS WEEK!
Presumably the future console bundle that includes the Microsoft Kinect will be the Slim console as it is likely that it will replace the previous console bundle.
