Will the 3DS have Xbox 360/PS3-HD-like high-definition graphics that as a result are BETTER than Wii?
According to insider reports told to IGN, who spoke off-the-record, it is indeed true. According to them, Nintendo’s newest handheld, to be fully unveiled at E3 2010 this month, will have processing capabilities that far exceed that of the Wii, Nintendo’s home console.
And not only that, but they say that the graphics are closer in line with that of the Xbox 360 and PS3!
However they also say that the system will not use the NVIDIA Tegra mobile chipset as has been rumored since 2009.
Take this with a grain of salt until E3 rolls around and we actually get to see the thing. But if it’s true then . . . HOT DANG!
