1. Accessorizing (10) – “Purchase any 1 accessory for any 1 uniform.” To earn this Achievement, simply by an upgrade for any uniform.
2. Best Of The Best (30) – “Complete all Splinter Cell challenges.” To earn this Achievement, finish all the PEC challenges that are part of the Splinter Cell category.
3. Co-op Realistic Difficulty (50) – “Complete the co-op story on ‘Realistic’ difficulty.” To earn this Achievement, you must have finish all the Scenes on the Realistic difficulty setting.
4. Diwaniya, Iraq (20) – “Complete Single Player Story ‘Diwaniya, Iraq’ on any difficulty.” Beat Scene 4 and you’ll earn this Achievement.
5. Downtown District (20) – “Complete Single Player Story ‘Downtown District’ on any difficulty.” Beat Scene 10 and you’ll earn this Achievement.
6. Face Off (10) – Win one match in “Face-Off” game mode on any difficulty.
7. Face-Off Completionist (20) – “Complete all maps in “Face-Off” game mode using any connection type.” Play through all of the levels in this mode and you’ll earn this Achievement.
8. Fashionable (20) – “Purchase all 6 texture variants for all uniforms.” To earn this Achievement you’ll need to buy all the uniforms and all the camouflage texture variants for said uniforms.
9. Gadget Upgraded (10) – Purchase all 3 upgrades for any 1 gadget.
10. Gadgets Expert (20) – Purchase both upgrades for all gadgets.
11. Hunter (10) – “Complete any 1 map in ‘Hunter’ game mode in co-op.” Simply play through a single level and finish it in Hunter Mode and you’ll earn this Achievement.
12. Hunter Completionist (20) – “Complete all maps in ‘Hunter’ game mode on rookie or normal difficulty.” Earn this Achievement by playing through and completing all of the levels in Hunter mode on Rookie or Normal difficulty level.
13. Hunter Master (50) – “Complete all maps in ‘Hunter’ game mode on realistic difficulty.” Finish all of the levels in Hunter mode on the Realistic Difficulty level to earn yourself this Achievement.
14. Judge, Jury and Executioner (10) – “Take down Tom Reed.” In order to earn this Achievement, your third and final decision must be to kill Tom Reed, the traitor, at the end of Scene 11 on any difficulty setting.
15. Kobin’s Mansion (20) – “Complete Single Player Story ‘Kobin’s Mansion’ on any difficulty.” Simply finish Scene 2 to earn this Achievement.
16. Last Man Standing (50) – “In ‘Last Stand’, survive all enemy waves of any map in one session without failing on any difficulty.” If you are able to finish a level without failing for this mode, you’ll earn this Achievement.
17. Last Stand (10) – “Complete any 1 map in ‘Last Stand’ game mode in co-op.” Earn this Achievement by playing through with a buddy and survive a level without failing.
18. Last Stand Completionist (20) – “Complete all maps in ‘Last Stand’ game mode on rookie or normal difficulty.” Play through all of the levels in Last Stand on Rookie or Normal difficulty level to earn this Achievement.
19. Last Stand Master (50) – “Complete all maps in ‘Last Stand’ game mode on realistic difficulty.” Earn this Achievement by surviving all waves and completing all the levels without failing for Last Stand mode on the Realistic difficulty level
20. Lincoln Memorial (20) – “Complete Single Player Story ‘Lincoln Memorial’ on any difficulty.” Finish Scene 7 on any difficulty and earn this Achievement.
21. Man of Conviction (10) – “Allow Tom Reed to live.” For the third and final decision at the end of Scene 11 of the single-player story mode, choose to spare the life of Tom Reed, and allow the traitor to live.
22. Merchant’s Street Market (20) – “Complete Single Player Story ‘Merchant’s Street Market’ on any difficulty.” Earn this Achievement by finishing Scene 1 on any difficulty level.
23. Michigan Ave. Reservoir (20) – “Complete Single Player Story ‘Michigan Ave. Reservoir’ on any difficulty.” Beating Scene 9 on any difficulty level will earn you this Achievement.
24. Modzok Proving Grounds (20) – “Complete CO-OP Story ‘Modzok Proving Grounds’ on any difficulty.” Earning this Achievement requires you to finish off Scene 4 in Co-Op Story Mode on any difficulty setting. Note that this Achievement may have misspelled “Mozdok” as “Modzok.”
25. Perfect Hunter (20) – Complete any map in Hunter without ever having been detected on realistic difficulty.
26. Preparation Master (30) – “Complete all prepare & execute challenges.” In order to earn this Achievement you’ll need to finish all the PEC challenges of the Prepare and Execute category.
27. Price Airfield (20) – “Complete Single Player Story ‘Price Airfield’ on any difficulty.” Finish up Scene 3 in the single-player story mode and you’ll get this Achievement.
28. Quality Time (20) – “Invite a friend to join and participate in a co-op story or game mode session.” You’ll need to invite a friend to join you in a cooperative mode session over Xbox Live in order to earn this Achievement. Note: Split-screen offline won’t work.
29. Ready For Anything (20) – “Purchase all 9 accessories for all uniforms.” Buy every uniform and all their upgrades and you’ll gain this Achievement.
30. Realistic Difficulty (50) – “Complete single player story on ‘Realistic’ difficulty.” Earn this Achievement by completing all the single-player story mode scenes on the hardest difficulty level known as “Realistic”.
31. Revelations (10) – “Discover Anna Grimsdottir’s dark secret.” Play through Scene 8 in the single-player story mode and you’ll earn this Achievement.
32. Russian Embassy (20) – “Complete CO-OP Story ‘Russian Embassy’ on any difficulty.” Finish Scene 2 in Co-Op Story mode and you’ll gain this Achievement.
33. St. Petersburg Banya (20) – “Complete CO-OP Story ‘St. Petersburg Banya’ on any difficulty.” Beat the first Scene in the Co-Op Story Mode and you’ll unlock this Achievement.
34. Stealth/Vanish Master (30) – “Complete all vanish challenges.” Beat all of the PEC challenges of the Vanish category and you’ll earn this Achievement.
35. Survivor (10) – “Battle your CO-OP teammate and survive.” Complete Scene 5 in Co-Op Mode Story Mode and you’ll earn this Achievement.
36. Third Echelon HQ (20) – “Complete Single Player Story ‘Third Echelon HQ’ on any difficulty.” Beating Scene 8 in the single-player story mode will unlock this Achievement.
37. Variety (10) – “Purchase any 1 uniform.” Buy any new uniform (in the Deniable Ops or multiplayer modes) and you’ll get this Achievement.
38. Washington Monument (20) – “Complete Single Player Story ‘Washington Monument’ on any difficulty.” Conquer Scene 5 in the single-player story mode and you’ll earn this Achievement.
39. Weapon Upgraded (10) – “Purchase all 3 upgrades for any 1 weapon.” Buy all three upgrades for any firearm to earn this Achievement.
40. Weapons Collector (20) – “Unlock all weapons in the weapon vault.” In order to earn this Achievement you’ll want to earn all of the firearms that are included in the game normally (so pre-order and UPlay weapons are excluded). This should be pretty easy to accomplish by simply playing through the single-player story mode or the Co-Op story mode.
41. Weapons Expert (20) – “Purchase all 3 upgrades for all weapons.” Buy all of the upgrades for the weapons that are normally available in the game (so pre-order and UPlay weapons are excluded).
42. Well-Rounded (50) – “Complete all challenges.” Finish all three categories of PEC challenges and you’ll gain this Achievement and it’s 50 GamerPoints!
43. White Box Laboratories (20) – “Complete Single Player Story ‘White Box Laboratories’ on any difficulty.” Beat Scene 6 for the single-player story mode and you’ll pick up this Achievement.
44. White House (20) – “Complete Single Player Story ‘White House’ on any difficulty.” Beating Scene 11 will earn you this Achievement.
45. Yastreb Complex (20) – “Complete CO-OP Story ‘Yastreb Complex’ on any difficulty.” Finish Scene 3 and you’ll earn yourself this Achievement.
