The Witcher 2 has finally gotten an official debut trailer for this highly anticipated sequel to the hit original game The Witcher, that was released for PC in 2007.
You may recall that the game was revealed earlier than the developer intended when a leaked gameplay video was posted online. It prematurely broke the silence of the developers on the sequel, which they then followed up by officially confirming the game and releasing some details about it (hit the Witcher 2 link above) but didn’t actually release official footage.
Until now. You can see the game in all it’s glory with a great and epic trailer for the game below. The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings will be released for PC during the first half of 2011. Although a console edition hasn’t been announced, the developers have stated that they would like to release the game for consoles, but haven’t yet made a decision either way on that front.
