Assassin’s Creed 2 PC version delayed to 2010. Dev Diary Part 4 shows bad-ass Ezio

Pre-order Assassin's Creed II for PC Ubisoft silently announced via Twitter that the PC version of Assassin’s Creed 2 has been delayed into the year 2010.

PC gamers won’t be seeing Ezio assassinate those who killed his family until the first quarter of 2010. But Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 owners will still be able to pick up the game on November 17th, 2009.

The PC announcement read as follows: “Assassin’s Creed 2 PC has moved to the first quarter of 2010. A bit more time for the dev team to deliver the best quality game to you.”

Assassin’s Creed 2 is an epic story of family, vengeance and conspiracy set in the pristine, yet brutal, backdrop of a Renaissance Italy. Ezio befriends Leonardo da Vinci, takes on Florence’s most powerful families and ventures throughout the canals of Venice where he learns to become a master assassin.

Meanwhile, Ubisoft’s Montreal studio has continued their series of developer diaries. In part 4, titled “All’s Fair In Love and War”, a rather bad-ass Ezio must pick his fights if he wants to live through the day.
