PC CHEATS
First, enable the cheat console by going to “Documents>BioWare>Mass Effect>Config” on your computer. Then open “BIOInput” in Notepad. Find the line “[Engine.Console]” and under it add the line “ConsoleKey=Tilde” (without the quotation marks). Then when playing in game simply press the tilde key (above tab) to open the console and type in the desired cheat.
1. Enable fly mode (controls are very awkward however) – Enter: fly
2. Gives all armor – Enter: GiveAllArmor xs (Replace the xs with the name of the manufacture).
3. Gives all grenades – Enter: GiveAllGrenades xs (replace the xs with the name of the manufacture)
4. Gives all human armor – Enter: GiveAllArmorHuman xs (Replace the xs with the name of the manufacture)
5. Gives all krogan armor – Enter: GiveAllArmorKrogan xs (Replace the xs with the name of the manufacture)
6. Gives all quarian armor – Enter: GiveAllArmorQuarian xs (Replace the xs with the name of the manufacture)
7. Gives all Turian armor – Enter: GiveAllArmorTurian xs (Replace the xs with the name of the manufacture)
8. Gives all Weapons and Armor Mods – Enter: GiveAllXMods
9. Gives all weapons – Enter: GiveAllWeapons xs (Replace the xs with the name of the manufacture)
10. Gives Super Armor – Enter: givesuperarmor
11. Gives Super Gun – Enter: givesupergun
12. Gives a bonus talent – Enter: givebonustalent #
13. Gives all Armors – Enter: GiveAllArmor
14. Gives Bio Amps – Enter: GiveAllBioamps (Replace the xs with the name of the manufacture)
15. Gives Omni Tool – Enter: GiveAllOmniTools (Replace the xs with the name of the manufacture)
16. Gives Everything – Enter: giveall (Gives you everything except for armor).
17. Adjust Credits – Enter: AdjustCredits (plus or minus number. This Increments or decrements the party’s credits).
18. Move player to location – Enter: teleport (Specified by crosshairs)
19. Give Experience Points – Enter: givexp # (replace # with desired amount of EXP)
20. Gives Paragon Points – Enter: setparagon # (Replace # with desired amount of Paragon Points)
21. Gives Grenades – Enter: setrenegade # (Replace # with desired amount of Renegade Points)
22. Gives Credits – Enter: adjustcredits # (Replace # with the desired amount of credits)
23. Gives Talent Points – Enter: givetalentpoints # replace # with the desired amount of talent points.
24. Gives Walk – Enter: walk (Return to normal on foot control)
25. Gives Grenades – Enter: initgrenades # (Set number of grenades)
26. Party Credits – Enter: InitCredits (number) [Sets the party credits to this amount]
27. Unlock Achievements – Enter: unlockachievement #
28. Walk Through Walls – Enter: ghost
XBOX 360 CHEATS
Character Benefit Unlockables
You have to attain certain Achievements to gain benefits on future plays through the game. Simply do the Achievement to gain it.
1. +10% Experience Bonus – Complete 75% of Game.
2. +10% Hardening Bonus – Complete 75% of Game with Ashley in Squad.
3. +10% Health Bonus – Kill 150 Organic Beings.
4. +10% Shield Bonus – Kill 250 Synthetics.
5. +25% Marksman Cooldown Bonus – Attain 150 Kills with Pistol.
6. +5% Experience Bonus – Reach 50th level with one character.
7. 10% Reduced Cooldown for Barrier and Stasis – Complete 75% of Game with Liara in Squad.
8. 10% Reduced Cooldown for Lift and Throw – Complete 75% of Game with Kaiden in Squad.
9. 10% Reduced Cooldown for Overload and Damping – Complete 75% of Game with Garrusin Squad.
10. 10% Reduced Cooldown for Sabotage and AI Hacking – Complete 75% of Game with Tali in Squad.
11. 10% Shield Increase – Sustain More Shield Damage than Health Damage on One Playthrough.
12. 5% Increase in Weapon Damage – Complete the Game Twice on any Difficulty.
13. Assault Rifle Skill for New Characters – Attain 150 Kills with Assault Rifle.
14. Barrier Skill for New Characters – Use Barrier 75 Times.
15. Decryption Skill for New Characters – Use Sabotage 75 Times.
16. Electronics Skill for New Characters – Use Overload 75 Times.
17. First Aid Skill for New Characters – Use 150 Medi-gel.
18. Hacking Skill for New Characters – Use AI Hacking 75 Times.
19. Lift Skill (for non-biotics) – Use Lift 75 Times.
20. Medicine Skill for New Characters – Use Neural Hacking 75 Times.
21. Regenerate 1 Health per Second – Complete 75% of Game with Wrex in Squad.
22. Shielding Skill for New Characters – Use Dampening 75 Times.
23. Shotgun Skill for New Characters – Attain 150 Kills with Shotgun.
24. Sniper Rifle Skill for New Characters – Attain 150 Kills with Sniper Rifle.
25. Spectre Grade Weapons for Purchase – Attain 1,000,000 Credits in your Wallet.
26. Statis Skill for New Characters – Use Statis 75 Times.
27. Throw Skill for New Characters – Use Throw 75 Times.
28. Unlocks “Singularity” skill for future characters – Use “Singularity” 75 times.
29. Warp Skill for New Characters – Use Warp 75 Times.
UNLOCKABLE MODES
Complete the game on Normal to unlock the secrets.
1. Hardcore Mode – Complete the game once.
2. Insane Difficulty – Beat the game on the Hardcore difficulty without changing the difficulty.
3. New Game+ – Start a New Game, then select to use existing Career. You’ll be playing with your older character (with all items and skills intact).
