Batman: Arkham Asylum 2 should be coming sooner rather than later.
This is because the game has been met with not only high sales but also universal critical and fan acclaim, receiving high review scores across the board. The game definitely blew away people’s expectations and has, hopefully forever, reset the bar for what people should expect from a superhero-based videogame.
So what about the sequel?
Well according to Paul Crocker, the Lead Narrative Designer for Batman: Arkham Asylum, “We’re just waiting to see if people like the game,” he said on the VG247 podcast.
. . . well that fact is already well established. So the new game can’t be too far off. Although they may be working on DLC for this game first, but you know the publisher has to have already greenlit part two. So it’s not a matter of if, but when.
