How to unlock the Guitar Hero 5 cheat codes? You will get the answer to that question on this page. Below you can find the codes and cheats to enter into the music rhythm game’s Wii, PS2, PS3 and Xbox 360 versions to get new: modes, characters and more.

To enter codes for unlocking modes and such, you must: At the main menu, select “Options”. Choose the “Cheats” selection, and click on “Enter New Cheat”. When you reached that screen you can input the below listed cheat codes. A message will confirm you entered the code correctly. Then all that’s left to do is going back to the cheats menu and scroll down the list to activate the cheat(s) you want to use.

  • For Air Instruments: Press Red, Red, Blue, Yellow, Green, Green, Green, Yellow.
  • For All HOPO’s: Press Green, Green, Blue, Green, Green, Green, Yellow, Green.
  • To Always Slide: Press Green, Green, Red, Red, Yellow, Blue, Yellow, Blue. Please note using this disables achievements/trophies.
  • For AutoKick: Press Yellow, Green, Red, Blue, Blue, Blue, Blue, Red. Please note using this disables achievements/trophies.
  • For Contest Winner 1: Press Green, Green, Red, Red, Yellow, Red, Yellow, Blue.
  • For Focus Mode: Press Yellow, Green, Red, Green, Yellow, Blue, Green, Green.
  • For HUD Free Mode: Press Green, Red, Green, Green, Yellow, Green, Green, Green.
  • For Invisible Characters: Press Green, Red, Yellow, Yellow, Yellow, Blue, Blue, Green.
  • For Performance Mode: Press Yellow, Yellow, Blue, Red, Blue, Green, Red, Red.
  • To Unlock All Characters: Press Blue, Blue, Green, Green, Red, Green, Red, Yellow.
