Terminator Salvation: The Video Game is a third-person action game based on the upcoming film of the same name and developed by Grin, the creators of the Wanted: Weapons of Fate videogame as well as the upcoming Bionic Commando which they are developing for Capcom.

The newest trailer for the game shows off its “rail sequences” which are on-rail shooting sections where the game takes you in the desired direction automatically meanwhile you try and shoot everything that moves.

The trailer features John Connor and the Resistance fighting against the extremely persistent and deadly terminator army. See first hand what a post apocalyptic and decimated Los Angeles looks like while manning a machine gun turret atop a variety of vehicles and transports including dune buggies, four-wheel drive trucks and railway cars.

I don’t know about you, but I’ve always loved rail shooting sections myself.
