THQ has announced that they are planning some far-off in the future titles including Red Faction 4, Darksiders 2, Saints Row 3 and an upcoming Warhammer 40,000 MMO.

These games however are for far off in the future with releases planned for fiscal year 2012 (that is, April 1st, 2011 to March 31st, 2012).

What’s really crazy about all this is that THQ apparently has planning for four full years, even for games that have yet to be released like the upcoming Red Faction: Guerilla and Darksiders: Wrath of War. THQ is obviously expecting both games to sell well due to the fact that they are already planning the game’s sequels.

THQ also announced their highly anticipated MMORPG Warhammer 40,000 as well as slew of other random titles. Such as a possible final Pixar-based game (before they lose the license I suppose), and a new “animated kids” game which will replace the Nickelodeon based property games that they used to have.

Saints Row 3 will be taking on a “new direction” and is scheduled for it’s fiscal 2011 year.

There was also news that the makers of Juice (Juice Games) is in the works with a new racing game for the publisher while Kaos Studios (the makers of Frontlines: Fuel of War) is in development with a new shooter.

Last but not least, the developers of De Blob (Blue Tongue) will be taking over on a new Marvel licensed series, most likely using the Marvel Super Hero Squad license.
