Patch 1.30 has finally been released for SOCOM Confrontation, the PlayStation 3-exclusive follow-up to the hit PS2 online tactical shooters SOCOM: U.S. Navy SEALs, SOCOM 2: U.S. Navy SEALs and SOCOM 3: U.S. Navy SEALs.
The patch, which was hit with delay after delay, finally released on January 9th and adds some much wanted features to the game including:
* Trophy Support! – Finally you can start earning achievements in the form of Trophies for your time spent with the game.
* D-Pad Lean-In
* A Quick Match/Party System
* And additional bug fixes and new features.
Sadly though, as SOCOM Confrontation players have already found out, the patch also wiped out all player statistics. Ouch, talk about painful! Hopefully that didn’t deter too many gamers who were into Slant Six’s latest shooter.
