Tales of Vesperia is getting a Collector’s Edition for those that pre-order the game before it’s August 26th release date. It will include a 10th Anniversary soundtrack CD celebrating a decade of Tales role-playing.
The Tales of Vesperia: Special Collector’s Edition exclusively for Xbox 360 will run you $69.99.
In addition to the game and the soundtrack CD the Collector’s Edition will come in a metal case and features exclusive artwork by series characters designer Kosuke Fujishima.
Specifics on the tracks included on the disc haven’t been fully revealed, but Namco Bandai did note that out of the 25 songs on the disc, 14 of them will be from Tales of Vesperia, while the remainder of the songs will come from Tales of Symphonia (4 tracks), Tales of the Abyss (3 tracks), Tales of Phantasia (2 tracks) and Tales of Destiny (2 tracks).
Highlighting the 10th anniversary of the Tales series in North America, Tales of Vesperia launches the role-playing genre to new heights of interactive storytelling and captivating gameplay. Featuring a strategic real-time battle system and incredible “living anime” graphics, the game offers a true next-generation role-playing experience with all the classic touches that fans of the genre expect.
