1600 Microsoft Points Card for use on Xbox LiveFrom today, at 9AM GMT (2AM PDT), you can play Activision’s Golf: Tee It Up! on Xbox Live Arcade for Xbox 360. Golf: Tee It Up! will be available worldwide for 800 Microsoft Points (that’s US$10 / €9.60 / £6.80 / CAN$12.40 / AU$13.20).

If a nice, relaxing game of golf is more up your alley, try out Golf: Tee It Up!, also available on Wednesday. Customize your golfer and enjoy a few holes or compete in an 18 hole tournament online or offline. Some game modes available are Stroke, Cup and matchplay.

Key game features include:
* Lush panoramic courses: Tee it up on 36 unique holes in stunning locations, such as the Caribbean course set against a beautifully landscaped beach resort, or the Parkland course that twists around the majestic Scottish highlands.
* Customizable golfers: Design your own zany character from an eclectic assortment of themed hair styles, clothing, footwear, and accessories.
* Special Focus feature: With the unique Focus feature, read the green or control the ball’s spin in flight to achieve amazing precision.
* Multiplayer mode: Play with up to three other friends in local or Xbox LIVE versus and co-op multiplayer modes.
* Future downloadable content: Download additional courses, clothing, and accessories to extend your golfing experience.

Also available today is Torpex Games’ Schizoid on Xbox Live Arcade for Xbox 360. Schizoid will be available worldwide for 800 Microsoft Points (that’s US$10 / €9.60 / £6.80 / CAN$12.40 / AU$13.20).

Schizoid has been billed as one of the best co-op action games ever. It’s also the first Arcade title produced using XNA Game Studio. Buddy up with a friend online or offline (or play single-player with an AI partner) and blast through waves of enemies. Enemy waves are made up of two colors – you and your partner are two colors – so you’ve guessed it, the same colors can kill the same colors. I realize I’ve probably confused you so go download the game and try it out. Once you get in there, you’ll see what’s going on.

Key game features include:
* Co-op gameplay to the max: No other multiplayer co-op game has such tight cooperative gameplay. The two players (or one player with a computer A.I. partner, or one player controlling both ships in Uberschizoid) must work together closely in order to defeat the hordes on each level.
* Uberschizoid mode: For perhaps the most challenging and “brain-melting” challenge yet, try Uberschizoid Mode. Control both red and blue ships, matching them to each enemy color in order to succeed.
* Tremendous graphics: The glowing, flashing, megabursting graphics add to the game’s inherent chaos.
* Xbox LIVE play: Play co-op over Xbox LIVE and team up with players worldwide to see how far you can advance!
