Famitsu’s top 25 games of 2007

The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass for Nintendo DSThe Japanese gaming magazine Famitsu is known for their tough-as-nails scoring system by four reviewers for every single game (so the maximum score is four times ten: 40). Most recently in 2008, Super Smash Bros. Brawl was only the 8th game to ever receive a perfect score since Famitsu’s 1986 inception. Looking back at 2007, it was definitely a great year, and it’s quite surprising how much they liked Xbox 360 games, since Japan is the only region with lackluster sales of the console.
