Advance Wars: Days of Ruin is the sequel to Advance Wars: Dual Strike. The upcoming turn-based tactics game for the Nintendo DS has a release date in America on January 21st and in Europe & Australia on January 25th, 2008.
Days of Ruin has been altered from previous Advance Wars games to focus more on strategy and redefine the series’ approach to war with a darker, more realistic style. With darker I mean that: the story explains almost 90% of mankind has been killed off following a devastating meteor strike which has destroyed much of civilization and caused a massive dust cloud that blocks out the sun.
