New Ninja Gaiden 2 gameplay video

Pre-order Ninja Gaiden 2 for Xbox 360Tecmo’s Team Ninja Xbox 360-exclusive action game (Ninja Gaiden 2) is now far more gruesome, bloodier, and gorier than the last installment. Ryu not only decapitates his unfortunate foes, but he cuts off their arms and legs and even rips their bodies apart. The effect is not a mere aesthetic choice as dismemberment will handicap or immobilize an enemy, but not necessarily kill him. Combat in effect will be more strategic as players will have to further exploit the respective enemies’ weak points and be more cautious.

Did you now that due to mass amounts of complaining at the difficulty of the first game, Ninja Gaiden 2 is being made much easier? It’s true, it’s done with an auto-heal feature to make the game “more accessible to casual players”. No doubt hardcore gamers will have the option to turn this off.

Breathtaking Ninja Gaiden 2 gameplay from the 2008 sequel that is not a port.
