Could the sequel to Tomb Raider Legend be named Tomb Raider Underworld? Eidos has recently trademarked the name for what is likely Lara Croft’s next adventure.
Some rumors say the Mayan Calendar figures heavily in the storyline for the next Tomb Raider game, with action taking place during a special five days when the line between the mortal world and the Underworld becomes blurred. With the divide bridged, highly powerful beings are free to step through to our side and cause all sorts of havoc, which, Wired assumes, only Lara can set right.
