Gurumin: A Monstrous Adventure for PSP gets US budget release after shortages

Gurumin: A Monstrous Adventure for PSPGurumin: A Monstrous Adventure was first released in the U.S. on February 12 and later in Europe on March 23. In America publisher Mastiff has solved recent supply issues with a re-release of the game, that’s now a $20 budget title.

It’s often described as the PSP’s Zelda game. That’s no surprise, it’s an imaginative action-adventure platformer-RPG with anime styled 3D characters.

Gurumin features include:
* Non-linear game play set in vast world with a variety of stages in different environments.
* 23 non-player characters, 48 unique enemies, and over 90 items to collect.
* Destroy everything in your path with your legendary drill – Almost all objects are destructible, and many hide money and valuable items.
* Challenging boss battles.
* Puzzle and trap-filled dungeons.
* Mini-games galore.

Gurumin: A Monstrous Adventure takes you into a vivid fantasy world, with a colorful cast of characters. A strong-willed girl named Parin is sent to live with her grandfather in a small mining town while her parents are off excavating an ancient ruin. No other kids live in town, so Parin is shocked to see a young girl tormented by a stray dog. The girl is actually an invisible monster that only she can see. Parin is invited to Monster Village — just when Phantoms invade. Only the Legendary Drill can beat back the Phantoms, and Parin sets off to find it.
