The folks at 1UP got a chance to play the zombie FPS game Left 4 Dead that’s coming to PC for $40 in Q2 2007 and to Xbox 360 in Q4 2007.
Left 4 Dead is best described as a co-operative multi-player action game for up to 8 players (4 survivors and 4 zombies) developed by Turtle Rock Studios, the creators of (Half-Life’s) Counter-Strike. Left 4 Dead is built on Valve Software’s Source Engine and introduces version 2 of Turtle Rock’s artificial intelligence (A.I.) technology.
