First Final Fantasy Versus XIII teaser shown by Square Enix
Part of three Final Fantasy XIII games from Square Enix, Versus is the story of a young king sworn to defend the last crystal in the world from the hectic order outside of his kingdom. It’s a fight between ancient and modern technology, and the struggle of one king to protect the old ways. Not a merely a sequel, but a wholly independent story unfolding in a different world with different characters.
This teaser of the action RPG Final Fantasy Versus XIII was shown at E3 2006 behind closed doors and was uploaded by Square Enix to their Japanese members area site this week. Don’t expect both Final Fantasy 13 and this Versus game to appear on PS3 before 2008. Have a look at the CGI teaser:
