Boulder Dash comes to DS and PSP late in 2007

Boulder Dash by JVC for NintendoThe early 80s computer game Boulder Dash returns on handhelds. The underground search for diamonds found in Boulder Dash has made it one of the most well-known, published and licensed games in the past two decades.

Now 10tacle Studios has signed an agreement with First Star Software to develop the next dexterity-puzzle game in the multi-million unit selling Boulder Dash series for the Nintendo DS and Sony PSP. The release date is planned for the second half of 2007.

The development of a new “Boulder Dash” game for the popular handheld platforms allows 10tacle Studios to expand their mobile games line-up even further.

We want to lend protagonist Rockford’s adventures a fresh, modern style to get him into shape for the years to come.”
