GSC Game World has confirmed a release window for its heavily delayed survival FPS S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl, that’s been in development for over five years now, announcing that the game is now “fixed for Q1 2007”.
The Q1 2007 date is one the developer has mentioned as a target previously. Last week they also discussed rumours and game changes in S.T.A.L.K.E.R.
But it sure is a relief for those still looking forward to S.T.A.L.K.E.R. that the release date is now set in stone. Especially after hearing even more Duke Nukem Forever delays lately. GSC will announce more release details later.
