The past month we’ve given you the chance to win in multiple competitions, we’re down to the last two and are ready to announce the winners!

The past two weeks we’ve given you the chance to win in our Frontlines: Fuel of War competition. The task was to find out what year the game took place in and luckily all who answered were correct: 2024. We heartily thank everyone who participated, but of course out of all the answers there could only be two winners. One for each version (PC or Xbox 360) of the action-FPS game goes to randomly selected comment numbers.

The free PC version of Frontlines: Fuel of War goes to #20… Josi; and the free Xbox 360 version of Frontlines: Fuel of War goes to #14… Marlon Lima.

Update: The winner of our Appleseed EX Machina DVD competition is announced here.

Appleseed went from the 1985 science-fiction manga. to 1988’s anime. to the 2004 CGI movie. that Sega made into the movie-based game Appleseed EX. This game in turn leads into the 2007 movie sequel Appleseed EX Machina. Produced by John Woo and directed by Shinji Aramaki, the cyberpunk adventure movie is brought to the west by Warner Bros. on March 11th for DVD, HD DVD and Blu-ray.

To celebrate we’re giving away the Appleseed EX Machina DVD! While it’s a Region 1 DVD that’s meant to play in American or Canadian DVD players, if you’ve got a (region-free) DVD player that can play it, the movie can be shipped worldwide. So everyone can join in on the fun.

What are the rules? All you have to do is leave a comment on this page saying why you want the CGI movie. We’ll pick the person who wants to watch some cool anime the most.

Update: The two winners of our Frontlines: Fuel of War competition are announced here.

Welcome to our Frontlines: Fuel of War competition! The FPS game will be released for Xbox 360 and PC in America and Canada on February 25th, to participate in this competition you have to live in either country. THQ and the Burning Truth are graciously giving us two copies of the game to give away on launch day: one Xbox 360 version and one PC version.

What do you need to do to win? Answer this question: “What year does Frontlines: Fuel of War take place in?”

What are the rules? All you have to do is leave a comment with your answer on this page. And if you join the Burning Truth site and fill out your shipping info on your profile there, then if you win the game, it’ll be sent to you right away. Sweet!

What version should you comment you want? If you’re having difficulty choosing between the two, you should know that while both versions of Frontlines: Fuel of War have the same non-linear single-player campaign, the main difference lies in the multiplayer support, which is for up to 32 players on Xbox 360 and up to 64 players on PC.
