If you want to do a full upgrade on all of your weapons, you’ll need to find all the Weapon Upgrade Kits. These pick-ups allow you to improve each standard weapon 3 times.

There are collectibles of Weapon Upgrade Kits hidden throughout the world of Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus. Collect them all for 100% completion.

All Weapon Upgrade Kits can also be collected after you finish the main story. As you can use the war map on Eva’s Hammer to revisit all districts.

If you should miss a Weapon Upgrade Kits, you can use the Enigma machine to unlock areas to replay and collect missing items.

Protip: Once you unlock the Ãœberkommandant mission on EVAS Hammer, you can select a district on the map and grab the weapon upgrade kit there. Once you collected it you can return to Evas Hammer keep the upgrade and collect it over and over from the same mission since they reset each time.
