Tip: On your map you can spot a small symbol which shows where a Region Chest is located, after you collect a Region Chest the symbol disappears.

How to find missing Region Chests?: In-game the Region Chests will appear simply as golden colored loot chests with bright green lights on them (so you can better spot them from a distance) that you can open up to collect what’s inside by standing next to it, at which point the on-screen text prompt will tell you that you can press and hold the action button to “Collect Loot”.

Trostland EDZ Region Chests Locations

Does the game save each Region Chests you collect?: Yes, the game will automatically save the Region Chests you just collected if you picked up the Region Chest, so you don’t have to play to the end of the mission. But it’s still recommended you do so to save your collectibles progress in case of an online server disconnect.

Hint: Visit Cayde-6 at the Farm or the Tower to receive reports on the locations of a couple of Chests.
