Middle-Earth: Shadow of War, the sequel to 2014’s critically-acclaimed Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor, was a sudden announcement early this year and now we get a first look at one of the major cities where the game will take place – Minas Ithil – in a new trailer and developer video.

Shadow of War takes players outside of Mordor, where the first game was exclusively located, and into the realm of men. The developers in the video talk about how they designed the city of Minas Ithil from the ground up and where they took inspiration for its design and layout.
Middle Earth: Shadow of War set to release on August 22 in North America and August 25 in Europe for the PlayStation 4 and other platforms.
