Unlock David Hasselhoff & Music Easter Eggs

Like previous COD games with zombie mode, there are hidden songs to play in the background! 😀

The “I Love the 80s” achievement / trophy indicates that you can “In Spaceland, find the MW1 and MW2 songs.” Since in the DJ booth — located in the center of the theme park — you can talk to the DJ (who is actually David Hasselhoff) that means you can keep changing the song that’s playing in-game until you find these two Modern Warfare songs.

Furthermore, the “Hoff The Charts!” achievement / trophy indicates that you can “In Spaceland, unlock David Hasselhoff.” Which means you can unlock him as an assist buddy with laser rifle and all if you put together the N31L Robot that gives you challenges, as it’ll fly off and bring the Hoff back down with him into the map to fight by your side.

This video guide shows how to find & get David Hasselhoff as an A.I. support character.

How To Unlock The David Hasselhoff Playable Character: Once you get the Soul Key at the end of the Zombies In Spaceland easter egg (detailed on the rest of this page) you will be rewarded with the option to always be able to play as David Hasselhoff! To enable this option, in the Zombies Mode “Start (Custom) Match” lobby screen, press the following code: Left, Right, Left, Up, Down. — When done correctly, a David Hasselhoff face logo will appear on-screen and you’ll start playing as him with custom quotes and all.

TUTORIAL #7: How To Get The Dischord Wonder Weapon:

The Dischord Wonder Weapon can be picked up in zombies mode on the Zombies in Spaceland map. This Quest weapon is a super-powerful weapon that can be assembled through completing various quests, in this case you need 3 weapon parts as seen in your inventory.

– Put 3 different red, blue & green colored coins (which are random drops you get from zombie kills) into the Souvenir Station coin machine outside the Arcade Hall that spits out the first part, the Disco Ball Part.
– Then kill zombies until you get a pair of Sunglasses AKA Shades that turn your screen black & white and make 5 red-outlined targets** visible for shooting until a Battery Part appears on the Arcade’s dance floor.
– Here’s how to get the last part. First release the dormant mini-UFOs inside the Pack-A-Punch room by holding the X / Square button or F key at the vessel.
Next, go to the Kepler System where you need to find a big Brute zombie (in his alien disguise). Brutes always spawn in Scene 10-12. Lure a Brute into the giant alligator mouth trap to make its mouth slam down on that zombie until its teeth break off.
After that go to the Arcade Hall and use the disco trap (15-20 zombies needed) to change the path of the mini-UFO hovering there. Buy an Arcane Core for 300 tickets (Note that tickets can be obtain by playing arcade games, N31l challenges & zombie drops) at the nearby Weapons of the Future stand outside the Arcade hall. Kill zombies near the UFO using the weapon you have upgraded with the Arcane Core. After lots of kills the UFO drops a ball of light. Pick it up and your weapon will be upgraded with the Laser Element.
Lastly buy the alligator’s golden replacement teeth for 300 tickets inside the building (in the Arcade shop) and go to the alligator trap in Kepler System. Place the Gold Teeth where the teeth broke off earlier and leave the trap mouth. Shoot the 3rd circle from the left with your upgraded weapon and pick up the Green Stone Part.
– How to put the 3 parts together? It is done in the Arcade where you can put all parts onto the alien cutout poster to make it appear.

The Dischord pistol is single shot and fires energy bullets. Kill a zombie with this and they spin around, arms out, gibbing and knocking other zombies into the stratosphere.

TUTORIAL #8: How To Get The Shredder Wonder Weapon:

The Shredder Wonder Weapon can be picked up in zombies mode on the Zombies in Spaceland map. This Quest weapon is a super-powerful weapon that can be assembled through completing various quests, in this case you need 3 weapon parts as seen in your inventory.

– Pick up 3 red colored Alien coins (which are random drops you get from zombie kills) and put them in the Souvenir Station machine over in the Kepler System to get the Alien Part. (Will also give you the Medusa Device.)
– Next, buy the Arcane Core weapon attachment for 300 tickets (Note that tickets can be obtain by playing arcade games, N31l challenges & zombie drops) at the nearby Weapons of the Future stand & put it on your weapon. Make sure you’ve opened up the entire map, and linked all portals by going through all of them to get into the Pack-A-Punch area. Now go to Pack-A-Punch and interact with the dormant mini-UFOs on the desk by holding the X / Square button or F key at the vessel to send them flying, after which you can follow a small UFO to the Kepler System to kill 20-30 zombies with that attachment active near the UFO, so their souls get sucked in, rewarding you with a fire upgrade. This with fire upgraded Arcane Core-powered weapon will allow you to progress.
In the Kepler System make a Brute zombie (in his alien disguise) appear and make the giant alligator mouth slam down on that zombie until its teeth break off, then inside the building (in the Arcade shop) you can buy the alligator gold replacement teeth for 300 tickets and after putting the Gold Teeth in giant alligator mouth, you’ll get access a set of canisters in the back of the giant alligator’s mouth. Now use your fire upgraded Arcane Core-powered weapon to shoot at these canisters (especially the 3rd from the left) to reveal the Red Stone Part.
– Lastly get some Sunglasses and go to Polar Peak & open the door leading you to Bang-Bangs. Put the Sunglasses on to turn the screen black & white, after which you can see a waterboat going around in a circle, shoot the battery on the back seat until it falls into the water. Now head up to the colored fountain-lights and you can pick up the Battery Part from the green water fountain when the water shoots up!

TUTORIAL #9: How To Get The Headcutter Wonder Weapon:

The Headcutter Wonder Weapon can be picked up in zombies mode on the Zombies in Spaceland map. This Quest weapon is a super-powerful weapon that can be assembled through completing various quests, in this case you need 3 weapon parts as seen in your inventory.

– Pick up 3 green colored Yeti coins (which are random drops you get from zombie kills) and put them in the Souvenir Station machine over in the Polar Peak to receive the little Yeti Toy Part.
– Next, get 350 tickets to buy 2 Cryo Grenades at a time from the Arcade shop, then go outside to throw the Cryo Grenade at the moving Yeti statue’s head to make it blow out cold air that freezes any zombies that walk into it. Killing 10 of these frozen zombies with headshots will result in the giant Yeti statue starting to roar, now you can walk to Polar Peak’s exit door just past the gift shop to find a medium size Yeti holding the glowing Battery Part in its hand.
– Requirements to get the last Part: Make sure you’ve opened up the entire map, and linked all portals by going through all of them to get into the Pack-A-Punch area. Now go to Pack-A-Punch and interact with the dormant mini-UFOs on the desk by holding the X / Square button or F key at the vessel to send them flying, then go to the UFO in Polar Peak and get around 20-30 zombie kills in this area specifically by using the laser Steel Dragon trap (cost: $750); when done successfully the UFO will start flying around all of the Polar Peak.
Buy an Arcane Core for 300 tickets (Note that tickets can be obtain by playing arcade games, N31l challenges & zombie drops) at the nearby Weapons of the Future stand next to a trash can. Equip it on your weapon and get 20-30 zombie kills near the UFO, so the UFO can collect their souls. After that’s done the UFO will drop a little purple-glowing orb that has the Polar Peak Element Upgrade for your weapon.
Next, go to the Kepler System where you need to find a big Brute zombie (in his alien disguise). Brutes always spawn in Scene 10-12. Lure a Brute into the giant alligator mouth trap to make its mouth slam down on that zombie until its teeth break off. – Then buy the alligator’s golden replacement teeth for 300 tickets inside the building (in the Arcade shop) and go back to the alligator trap in Kepler System. Place the Gold Teeth where the teeth broke off earlier and leave the trap mouth. You’ll get access a set of cannisters in the back of the giant alligator’s mouth. Now use your Polar Peak Element upgraded Arcane Core-powered weapon to shoot at these canisters (especially the 3rd circle from the left of them) to reveal the Yellow Stone Part for you to pick up.
– Finally, you can place the 3 parts in the alien cardboard cutout found in the Pole Peak store (in between rows sunglasses & robots) which will give you the Headcutter weapon.

The Headcutter pistol is single shot and fires energy bullets with 100% accuracy. Hit a zombie with this and they die instantly from exploding head-itis, with a cloud of bright colored smoke appearing above their head afterwards.

TUTORIAL #10: How To Get The Face Melter Wonder Weapon:

The Facemelter Wonder Weapon can be picked up in zombies mode on the Zombies in Spaceland map. This Quest weapon is a super-powerful weapon that can be assembled through completing various quests, in this case you need 3 weapon parts as seen in your inventory.

– Pick up 3 blue colored Space Astronaut coins (which are random drops you get from zombie kills) and put them in the Souvenir Station machine over in the Journey Into Space area to receive the little Rocketship Toy Part as a reward out of the coins machine.
– Requirements to get the second Part: Make sure you’ve opened up the entire map, and linked all portals by going through all of them to get into the Pack-A-Punch machine area. Now go to Pack-A-Punch and interact with the dormant mini-UFOs on the desk by holding the X / Square button or F key at the vessel to send them flying, then go to the UFO in the back of the Journey Into Space area and get around 20 zombie kills in this below-the-rocket-ignition area specifically by using the rocket Star Mission trap (cost: $750); when done successfully the UFO will start flying around all of Journey Into Space.
Buy an Arcane Core for 250 tickets (Note that tickets can be obtain by playing arcade games, N31l challenges & zombie drops) at the nearby Weapons of the Future stand. Equip it on your weapon and get 20-30 zombie kills near the UFO, so the UFO can collect their souls. After that’s done the UFO will drop a little blue-glowing orb that has the Journey Into Space Element Upgrade for your weapon.
Now use your Polar Peak Element upgraded Arcane Core-powered weapon to shoot at these canisters (especially the 3rd circle from the left of them) to reveal the Blue Stone Part for you to pick up.
– Lastly, hover around the portal in the Journey Into Space area, leaving at least one zombie remaining at the end of the round (so they can’t bother you with what you’re about to do). At which point you have to activate the portal and throw a grenade into it, after which it will bounce back red on fire, quickly pick it up and throw it in front of you repeatedly (so it won’t explode; kinda like playing hot potato) until you reach the Journey Into Space spawn area and throw the grenade into the portal at the top of the stairs. This will reward you with the Battery Part in front of the Pack-A-Punch portal.
– Finally, you can place the 3 parts in the alien cardboard cutout found in the Journey Into Space stores section (outside in front of the Candy Cluster ride attraction) which will give you the Face Melter weapon.

The Face Melter pistol is single shot and fires energy bullets. Kill a zombie with this gun and they literally rocket upwards, exploding and raining fire down on the other zombies.

TUTORIAL #11: Double Pack-A-Punch Guide:

Normally when you upgrade any weapon with the Pack-A-Punch machine once, you cannot upgrade it any more. However, you’ll first need to have completed the grey alien boss fight from the main easter egg (detailed in steps lower on this page) as the alien boss drops 2 Alien Fuses once he’s defeated in front of the Projection Room portal that leads to the Pack-A-Punch machine. Take these Alien Fuses to the Pack-A-Punch machine to install them, thus allowing you to Pack-A-Punch any weapon twice! You can even Pack-A-Punch upgrade the 4 Wonder Weapons that normally cannot be Pack-A-Punched! Of course the second upgrade will cost you 10,000 points each time (on top of the 5,000 points it already costs for the first upgrade).

• A short guide showing you how to double upgrade with the Pack-A-Punch in Zombies in Spaceland.

ALL EASTER EGG STEPS:

Finding the start of the main Easter Egg quest and lists the requirements to complete it 100%.
Including how to defeat the grey alien final boss fight to get the piece of the Soul Key and the ending.

That’s it! You now have all the details you need to complete the hidden Easter Egg puzzle in the new Zombies in Spaceland map. 😀

Tip: While all this can be done on Solo, it’s recommended to tackle the steps with a Co-Op partner to make it easier. Since they can hold off the zombies while you take aim at the next target.

Note: Here’s what the map creators have to say about it. To quote Zombies in Spaceland project lead Brian Bright: “There is a lot of time involved in those. It’s just coming up with a mixture of puzzle aspects, finding items in the world, and then stringing them all together in some way that is relatively coherent. But it’s a lot of fun because we knew we wanted to have a certain in-game event happen, and designing the lead up to that was fun. In fact, one of the easter eggs is pretty obscure, and maybe nobody will find it.”
