1. Hail to the King! (Platinum) — Completed all trophies for the game!

2. Piece of Cake (Bronze) — Complete “L.A. Meltdown” on any difficulty.

3. Let’s Rock (Bronze) — Complete “Lunar Apocalypse” on any difficulty.

4. Come Get Some (Silver) — Complete “Shrapnel City” on any difficulty.

5. Damn I’m Good (Silver) — Complete “The Birth” on any difficulty.

6. I’m Back, Baby (Gold) — Complete “Alien World Order” on any difficulty.

7. Duke’s Mighty Foot (Silver) — Step on 40 enemies after using the Shrinker on them.

8. It Happens (Bronze) — Step in a pile of excrement.

9. Shake It, Baby (Bronze) — Tip an exotic dancer.

Location: Select Level 2 of “L.A Meltdown”, after getting both access cards early on, you will eventually end up in a room with exotic dancer. All you have to do is just walk up to one of them and interact with them to get the trophy.

10. All Too Easy (Bronze) — Find a secret area.
11. Oomph, Uugh, Where Is It? (Gold) — Find 70 secret areas.

Easy Method: Using a trick you only have to find 1 secret area, and rewind using the “Playback Feature” to before you enter it, and enter the same secret area 70 times.

Start Episode 2: Lunar Apocalypse at the Spaceport level (without using cheats), use the teleporter to get the RPG from your shuttle and go back to the space station. Go forward and turn right (after the force field), kill the shitter and “activate” the second row of screens from the window, the message “A Secret Place!” should pop up. Then use the “Playback Feature”, this allows you to replay the level from any point, so you can rewind a minute to right before you entered the secret room. Repeat this process 70 times.

12. Alien Maggots are Gonna Pay (Silver) — Finish the “Hollywood Holocaust” level in under 3 minutes.

Location: In Episode 1: L.A. Meltdown, Chapter: Hollywood Holocaust. This video guide shows the path to complete this level in half the required time by using the movie theater Exit door, going outside and right away flying up to the red-lighted walkway level exit with the jetpack.

13. Invaders Must Die! (Gold) — Kill 1000 enemies.

14. Take No Prisoners (Gold) — Kill every enemy on a level.

Location: In Episode 1: L.A. Meltdown, Chapter: Hollywood Holocaust. Shows all enemies in the level, including all secret areas.

15. Cheating! (Bronze) — Use a cheat code.

Tip: Entering the following cheat in-game will activate the “Cheat Menu” where you can turn on any cheat code you want. Turn one on like “God Mode” to unlock the trophy.
– PC: Type DUKE on your keyboard.
– Xbox One: Press Directional-Pad Down, X, click right analog stick, Directional-pad Right.
– PS4: Press Directional-Pad Down, Square, click right analog stick, Directional-pad Right.

Note: Luckily this works because the developers made it so that turning on any cheat code does not disable the unlocking trophies.

16. I Never Inhaled (Bronze) — Use the hookah in “High Times”.

Locations: In “High Times”. To do this you have to gain access to the room which the hookah is in. For this you will need the blue access card and yellow access card.
– The blue access card is behind a glass in an alleyway to the very right from your starting spawn.
– The yellow access card is located in the room with all the weed plants, flick the switch at the back of the room to reveal the card.

17. See, I’m Tough Too! (Silver) — Finish any level on “Damn, I’m Good” difficulty.

Location: Episode 1: L.A. Meltdown, Chapter: Hollywood Holocaust can easily be finished on the “Damn, I’m Good” difficulty level. This video guide shows the best path to complete it.

18. I Never Knew This Was Here (Silver) — Finish a secret level.

Location: Can be found in Episode 5: Alien World Order, Chapter: Mirage Barrage, at the end of the level. The secret exit symbol (the secret level entrance) is located on the opposite side of the normal Nukebutton exit across the room, behind a masked wall. You have to blow up the reactors first in order to access the secret Nukebutton exit.

19. That’s What She Said (Bronze) — Listen to Developer Commentary (Use at least one trigger).

20. Smoke ‘Em If You Got ‘Em (Bronze) — Use the Incinerator.

21. Roast ‘Em (Silver) — Burn 50 bad guys to death.

22. Buzz Off (Silver) — Kill a Firefly Trooper while it’s flying small.

23. More Than 2 Weapons At Once? (Bronze) — Carry all weapons with ammo at once.

24. Nukem All (Gold) — Kill 5 bad guys with one shot.

Location: Can be done in Episode 4: The Birth, Chapter: The Queen. Turn on the “Cheat Menu” with the code mentioned in the “Cheating!” section above, then enable “All Weapons” to get the Rocket Launcher and “God Mode” so you cannot die. Go to the pile of eggs on the right and make sure they all hatch and surround you, then fire the rocket on the ground to kill them all.

25. Rage Engage (Gold) — Kill 10 bad guys in 10 seconds while on steroids.

Hidden Trophies:

26. Doomed Marine (Silver) — Find the Doomguy in the Level “Death Row”.

Location: Can be done in Episode 1: L.A. Meltdown, Chapter: Death Row. Turn on the “Cheat Menu” with the code mentioned in the “Cheating!” section above, then enable the “God Mode” & “No Clip: Off” to turn on the jetpack to make your way to interact with the altar to reveal the secret passageway behind the cross inside the church.

27. Duke, Use the Force! (Silver) — Find Luke in the Level “Lunar Reactor”.

Location: Can be done in Episode 2: Lunar Apocalypse, Chapter: Lunar Reactor. Turn on the “Cheat Menu” with the code mentioned in the “Cheating!” section above, then enable the “God Mode”, “No Clip: Off” & “Give All” to turn on the jetpack to quickly make your way to the crawl space in the vents.

28. Why So Serious!?! (Silver) — Find Sam in “Mirage Barrage”.

Location: Can be done in Episode 5: Alien World Order, Chapter: Mirage Barrage. Turn on the “Cheat Menu” with the code mentioned in the “Cheating!” section above, then enable “All Weapons” to get the jetpack to fly to Sam who can be found next to the pyramid to the left.
