Gears of War 4 Achievements Guide

Location: Normally you don’t need to boost this achievement because you will most likely unlock this during normal progression through the story as there are a lot of windflare sections in the game. If you want to unlock this as soon as possible I recommend Act 2-3. Shortly after the beginning you encounter the windflare section.
Tips: At the Act 2-3 beginning section, select the left path and destroy the wooden barrier so that the haystack can roll down and kill 2 to 3 enemies. After the enemies are killed, reload last checkpoint and repeat until the achievement unlocks.

Location: Can be done during Act 3-2 when snot bubbles are introduced and you can unlock the achievement right at the first location.
Tips: There are two snot bubbles in the first location of Act 3-2, so destroy one of them, then pick up the weapon and it counts as one. Kill the other one and pick up his weapon too.
Reload last checkpoint and repeat until the achievement unlocks.
