How To Enable Cheats in Ratchet & Clank on PS4: Cheats are unlocked by finding all the Gold Bolts* and can be turned on in the Extras menu. To find all 28 Gold Bolts use our “Ratchet and Clank PS4 Gold Bolts Locations Guide“.

Bonus: Trophy unlocking stays enabled even if you turned on any of these in-game cheats.

*Finding all Gold Bolts unlocks not only cheats (Invincibility, Infinite Ammo & Game Speed), but also unlocks several appearance options**, and lets you access the Insomniac Museum*** (which fills up the more Gold Bolts you collect).

**The appearance options include:
– Screen Filters.
– Bolt Styles (reskins the bolts to look like Sonic Rings and such).
– Head Mask (replaces Ratchet’s head with that of a T-Rex and enemies).
– Ranger Armour Paint (changes Ratchet’s suit).
– Ranger Ship Paint (changes Ratchet’s ship skin).
– Hide HUD.

Tealgamemaster shows the rewards for collecting all Gold Bolts, including what the Cheats do:

***Note: The Insomniac Museum gets unlocked after finishing the game once on any difficulty, with more content being added to it based on the amount of Gold Bolts that you find throughout the game’s worlds.

How To Unlock Challenge Mode

How To Unlock Challenge Mode: Beat the game’s Story Mode on any difficulty to unlock the Challenge Mode. A mode with all weapons, armor, and bolts & collectibles carried over from your cleared game file.

Challenge Mode allows you to buy new versions of weapons & armor that are much more powerful (but incredibly expensive at the same time). – For example: Complete a set of 3 weapon holocards to buy an Omega weapon in Challenge Mode.

How To Unlock The Bouncer Weapon

How To Unlock The Bouncer Weapon: Pre-order Ratchet and Clank (PS4) at participating retailers* to unlock The Bouncer! The Bouncer is exclusively available as a special pre-order bonus weapon courtesy of Megacorp, it will never be made available any other way (not as paid DLC and not as an in-game unlockable).

Once you get the pre-order bonus, you will download and unlock it in the game. The Bouncer will then be available at the first Vendor after the intro portion of the game (at a price of 100 bolts!).

The Bouncer lets you launch a bomb that releases a plethora of tiny homing bombs that bounce towards targets. One of the most beloved weapons in Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando.
