In the Wolfenstein: The Old Blood achievement guide we’ll show there are 50 Achievements (5 Secret Achievements) with a total of 1,000 Gamerscore points to earn in the Xbox One and PC versions.

1. Hero (20G) — Complete game on any difficulty
2. Super hero (20G) — Complete game on I AM DEATH INCARNATE! (or ÜBER)
3. Über hero (20G) — Complete game on ÜBER

Tip: No, you do not have to play through the entire story to get each difficulty level-related achievement. – Yes, you only have to replay the last chapter (“Chapter 8: Dig Site”) on UBER difficulty to get all difficulty mode achievements. The trick lies in that before you start the last chapter you must set it to UBER difficulty in “Chapter Select”.

4. Die, Grösse, die! (20G) — Complete all nightmare levels

Location: In “Chapter 6: Ruins”.

Towards the end of the “Ruins” chapter you will need to climb a wall with your pipes to reach a bridge. There are two paths you can take and it will determine whether you get to save Annette or Kessler. If you go left (through the bathhouse) you will be saving Annette and if go right (through the workshop) you will be saving Kessler. In order to progress in the story you will automatically have to save one of them.

Tip: Unfortunately, you cannot save both in the same playthrough. You will have to replay the chapter via “Chapter Select” to get both achievements.

Depending on who you save you will also unlock a challenge map. Saving Annette unlocks the “bathhouse” challenge and saving Kessler unlocks the “workshop” challenge.

50. Annette saved (20G) — Choose to save Annette

Location: In “Chapter 6: Ruins”.

Once again, towards the end of the “Ruins” chapter you will need to climb a wall with your pipes to reach a bridge. There are two paths you can take and it will determine whether you get to save Annette or Kessler. If you go left (through the bathhouse) you will be saving Annette and if go right (through the workshop) you will be saving Kessler. In order to progress in the story you will automatically have to save one of them.

Tip: The same tips as with Kessler bears repeating for Annette… Unfortunately, you cannot save both in the same playthrough. You will have to replay the chapter via chapter select to get both achievements.
