Cities Skylines Achievements Guide
1. Well Informed — Have a look at all the different info-view panels.
2. Unpopular Mayor — Have 15% happiness.
3. Tough City — Have the city survive a crime rate of over 40% for 2 years.
– Step 1: Build a small city and accumulate around 100,000 money.
– Step 2: Completely delete your city, except for the water services.
– Step 3: Build a very tiny village with 2 factories, water services & electricity.
– Step 4: Simply wait 2 years.

4. The Safest Town — Have 5 Police Headquarters.
5. Terraformer — Create a map.
6. SIMulated City — Have an area the size of nine map tiles.
7. Short Fuse — Build the Fusion Power Plant Monument.
8. Safe City — Keep the crime rate under 10% for 4 years straight.
9. Rolling in Dough — Earn 15,000 per week.
10. Professional Dumper — Fill five landfill sites.
11. Power to the People — Have the industry tax rate over 5% higher than either residential tax rate for one year.
12. Power at Your Fingertips — Unlock all city services.
13. Pioneer — Create your very first city.
14. New Eden — Build the Eden Project Monument.
15. Metropolis — Have a population of 100,000 in your city.
16. Medic! — Build the Medical Center Monument.
17. Make Them Pay — Have both residential tax rates over 5% higher than industry for one year.
18. Lawmaker — Apply a policy to a district you created.
19. I Want It All — Unlock every single building in the game.
20. Higher Education — Have over 70% of citizens highly educated in a city of over 10,000 people.
21. Heavenly City — Unlock Monuments.
22. Happy Town — Have more than 95% city happiness for 5 years.
23. Frenetic Player — Click on a police building 100 times in a row.
24. Fire Watch — Have 5 Fire Stations.
25. Earthloving City — No water or ground pollution in a city of over 10,000 residents.
26. Distroy — Have more than 10 districts with unique policies.
27. Decorator — Use the Asset Editor to make your very own asset.
28. Climbing the Social Ladder — Have a Citizen educated to level 3 from 0.
29. City Planner — Use the district tool to draw 3 districts.
30. City in Motion 2 — Have 50 transport lines.
31. City in Motion — Have 20 transport lines.
32. Beam Me Up — Build the Space Elevator Monument.
33. A Huge Hadron — Build the Hadron Collider Monument.
