How to find missing Dead Ghosts?: In-game the Dead Ghosts will appear similar to your floating robot buddy Ghost, except lying still on the ground with their blue visor light still glowing. Their colors can vary from bright white and orange to completely black. You can pick up to collect it when you stand next to it. It can be confirmed as being Dead Ghosts simply by getting near it, as the on-screen text will then tell you can press and hold the Square button to “Awaken Dead Ghost” on PlayStation or the X button to “Revive Dead Ghost” on Xbox, to get the Ghost Fragment.

Tip: Fallen Ghosts can be picked up in free roam on ANY mission, such as Story Missions or free roam Patrol & Explore Missions.

Does the game save each Dead Ghosts you collect?: Yes, the game will automatically save the Dead Ghosts you just collected if you picked up the Dead Ghost, so you don’t have to play to the end of the mission. But it’s still recommended you do so to save your collectibles progress in case of an online server disconnect. – Once collected, these Dead Ghosts cannot be picked up again.

Timeline in minutes for Earth & the Moon’s New Dead Ghosts Locations Guide:

• [0:00] — Dead Ghost Location #1: Can be found on Earth in “Mission: Siege of the Warmind” – At the beginning of the Seraphim Vault area. The Dead Ghost is at the end of a long hallway

• [0:45] — Dead Ghost Location #2: Can be found on Earth in “Mission: Siege of the Warmind” – At the Seraphim Vault area. In the final room where you must find the controls, from the entrance keep walking straight ahead until you can step down. There, look in the black wall for the Dead Ghosts’ blue light.

• [1:10] — Dead Ghost Location #3: Can be found on Earth in “Mission: Siege of the Warmind” – At the Seraphim Vault area. In the same final room where you must find the controls, go jump up the big hanging wires and then jump again up to the white structure’s top in the center of the room (the highest point you can reach).

• [2:04] — Dead Ghost Location #4: Can be found on the Moon in “Mission: The Wakening” – At the Chamber of Night area (Darkness Zone). As you enter this Darkness Zone, finish walking through the dark hallway and past the 2 green summoning circles on the ground. At the last one take a left to find the Dead Ghost hiding away in the left-side wall.

• [2:38] — Dead Ghost Location #5: Can be found on the Moon in “Mission: The Wakening” – At the Chamber of Night area (Darkness Zone). Continue the mission until you reach the large open room with a door at the end. Look at the rock structure with bright white light crystals on it on your right. Climb/jump up it to find the Dead Ghost at the top.

• [3:15] — Dead Ghost Location #6: Can be found on the Moon in “Mission: The Wakening” – At the Chamber of Night area (Darkness Zone). Later in the mission you’ll find an orange metallic structure in a diamond shape. Once there go past it and look for a door/opening in the wall on the left side, and jump up to a ledge on the left-side gold-looking wall behind the diamond structure, to find the sixth and final new Dead Ghost.
