Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel Loot Farming Locations Guide

Welcome to the Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel Loot Farming Locations Guide. This guide shows the best methods and locations to gain massive amounts of Loot items through farming in a Loot Cave. If that sounds familiar, that’s because the game developers thought it would be funny to add a loot farming cave to poke fun at Destiny’s Loot Cave LOL! 😆

Let’s find out where to farm in Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel. This short tutorial is about how to farm the loot from Scav enemies that respawn all the time during the “Chapter 7: Let’s Build a Robot Army” Main Mission.

METHOD #1: Farming in the “Chapter 7: Let’s Build a Robot Army” Mission:

Intro: As the above video demonstrates how to farm the loot around the turrets shooting Scavs area, in the respawning enemies cave, when you’re on the Chapter 7 “Let’s Build a Robot Army” Main Mission. The enemies that drop loot in that area are constantly re-spawning in that one cave that you automatically get to by following the story…

The Mission’s story goes as follows: You have to “Commandeer an old Dahl factory and get Jack his robot army” by going inside the Titan Industrial Facility with Gladstone, a Hyperion scientist who helped you fabricate a constructor bot that could create an endless supply of loaders.

Step #1: Here’s how to reach the Loot Cave location. Play the game as normal through the Main Missions until you get to the “Let’s Build a Robot Army” Mission. In this mission your objective is to let turrets kill 12 Scavs. Simply follow your Area Waypoint* until you get to a closed door, this is where the Scavs come out the be shot by the turrets.

* Area Waypoints are shaded circles on your map or minimap that show the general location of an objective. Once you’re there, you’ll have to search for what you need.

Step #2: Once the door opens, start ground/butt slamming in front of the door. This will kill the enemies before the turrets can kill them, causing an infinite amount of Scavs to come out of the door (and don’t forget to pick up all the loot they leave behind). When the turret kills do get too high — near the 10 of the 12 Scavs killed to reach that objective — then pause the game, select Save & Quit.

Step #3: Next, when the Main Menu screen shows up, press “Continue” to start the “Let’s Build a Robot Army” Mission again and run back to the door and start farming again. You can keep doing this over and over again!

Tip: The more people in your game the better! You can have people killing the Scavs while the others are picking up Moonstones and Loot.

Note: If the turret gets the 12 kills, the mission will proceed and you will not be able to farm this area anymore.

The “Let’s Build a Robot Army” Mission is great for farming the following:
• Loot
• Moonstones
• XP

METHOD #2: Farming in the “Guardian Hunter” Side Mission:

After the end of the game you can find another cave location where to farm loot in Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel. This short tutorial shows how to farm the loot from Guardian Wraith enemies that respawn all the time after completing the final “Beginning of the End” Main Mission and going to the Vorago Solitude area to find the “Guardian Hunter” Side Mission.

Intro: Here’s how to find a Side Mission at the end of the game that spawns unlimited enemies that leave behind lots of loot.

Step #1: After you complete the final story mission “Beginning of the End”, go to find Sterwin who’s located in southern part of the Vorago Solitude area.

Step #2: When you accept Sterwin’s “Guardian Hunter” Side Mission, he will want you to pick up a special trap grenade to the left of him. Pick it up and follow him. When you get to the Area Waypoint you’ll see spawning enemies in front of you. Align yourself in front of the spawn area and keep shooting the Guardian Wraith enemies in head, instead of trapping one. If your character is leveled up high enough you’ll get an insta kill. Keep killing the enemies (and picking up all the loot) until you run out of ammo, then pause the game, select Save and Quit.

Step #3: Next, when the Main Menu screen shows up, press “Continue” to start the “Guardian Hunter” Side Mission again and return to the respawning enemies to start farming again. You can keep doing this over and over!

Disclaimer: 2K Australia or Gearbox may patch any Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel Loot Farming Guide methods at any time if they consider it an unfair advantage. But in past Borderlands games they let them in the game, as long as you the player are having fun with it. They are cool like that.

I hope these tips to farm loot will help you get lots more delicious loot.
