Find out how to get Unlimited Ammo in Destiny for free:
– Requirements: First you must empty your primary weapon’s ammo until you’re on your last reload. You can leave the remaining full ammo clip in your weapon. Your primary weapon’s ammo counter should now be at 0. At this point, when you’re low on ammo, the trick comes into play.
– Location: This can be done anywhere. Just make sure you’re in a safe spot, not being shot at.
– How To Do It: Stand still and do nothing for 35 seconds. Yes, that’s all there is to it! 😀
There’s nothing to indicate something has happened, so check all your ammo feeds for refills.

Note: Although your primary weapon feed will refill the most after doing the above trick, your special weapon ammo and heavy weapon ammo will refill a little as well! 🙂

Tip: If you want more heavy weapon ammunition replenishing during combat, you can buy the “Heavy Ammo Synthesis” consumable at the Gunsmith in the Tower. It not free, though, and costs 950 Glimmer to help you out, so you don’t have to pick up ammo crates.
