How to grow a Cow Plant in your The Sims 4 garden?:
• Step 1: You can find a Cowplant Berry while:
A) Fishing in the Oasis Springs Desert Bloom Park’s watering hole (watch the video guide below) or in the waters of the Forgotten Grotto;
B) Exploring space with a rocket;
C) Digging for treasures and can be harvested by grafting a specific plant type’s cuttings with one another (Daisy & Strawberry gives Dragonfruit, after which Snapdragon & Dragonfruit gives a Cowplant Berry).
• Step 2: Next, plant the Cowplant Berry from your inventory into your garden ground or planter and water it to grow a new Cow Plant.

This video guide shows the quickest way to grow a Cowplant in The Sims 4 by fishing for its Berry in the Oasis Springs Desert Bloom Park:

Note: It could take a second to get the Berry while fishing or it could take all night. But you will certainly get it at Oasis Springs’ park.
