Finding all 20 Collectible Card locations and picking up these playing cards will help unlock the following Achievements / Trophies:
* “The gathering” (20 Gamerscore / Silver Trophy) — Found all the collectible cards.
* “Dedicated soldier” (100 Gamerscore / Gold Trophy) — Completed 100% of the campaign on any difficulty.
* Bonus: For every Collectible Card set you find, you gain 50 XP extra.

Sniper Elite 3 Collectible Cards

How to find missing Collectible Cards?: In-game the Collectible Cards will appear simply as a deck of playing cards lying on a surface. You can pick them up by walking up to/over them, at which point an on-screen counter indicates how many of the playing card sets you’ve found so far.

Tip: You can get any Collectible Cards you’re missing at any time via the Mission Select. There you’ll find a collectibles counter for each mission, which shows exactly how many you’ve found in total. In the Main Menu of the campaign you can see your total collectible progress.
Alternatively, hold down the Select button to see how many collectibles you have found in the mission you’re currently in.

Does the game save each Collectible Card you collect?: Yes, the game will automatically save the Collectible Cards you just picked up, so you don’t have to play to the next checkpoint or the end of the mission. Even if you die after picking up the Collectible Card, you won’t have to do it again.
After picking up each collectible you can safely quit the mission without losing collectibles progress.

Note: Finding all the Collectible Cards also counts towards 100% completion of the Sniper Elite III: Afrika campaign.
Doing this in each mission is easier if you first clear the enemies from the area where the collectibles are found, and then go back to explore the area uninterrupted.
