Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End was uncovered at E3 2014 during Sony’s Press Conference, although details on the final chapter and the return of Nathan Drake were slim since the title is scheduled for 2015 or later.

Plot: “Several years after his last adventure, retired fortune hunter, Nathan Drake, is forced back into the world of thieves. With the stakes much more personal, Drake embarks on a globe-trotting journey in pursuit of a historical conspiracy behind a fabled pirate treasure. His greatest adventure will test his physical limits, his resolve, and ultimately what he’s willing to sacrifice to save the ones he loves.”
Sadly no gameplay footage was shown, but every element of the teaser is made in-engine and Naughty Dog says they are targeting a fully 1080p, 60 frames-per-second experience.

I sadly never got around to playing the Uncharted series. It’s very high on my list and one of the first titles/compilations I’ll buy for PS3 as soon as I get a new one.
