How to unlock Human Traffic Investigations?: It becomes available after the “Act 2: Who Is Raymond Kenney?” mission “Mission 22: A Risky Bid”. The briefcases belong to human traffic buyers, the ones that escaped during Lucky Quinn’s Auction. Retrieving all briefcases lets you find out the location of Joseph DeMarco, and completing the mission saves Poppy and the rest of the girls.

Once you have hacked into the 13 ctOS Towers you can go after the Privacy Invasion side missions as their briefcase icons will appear on the world map.

Investigate suspicious briefcases throughout the city to find and hack suspicious buyers. Then reach and invade their apartments to find the trafficking briefcases. Find all 10 briefcases to unlock a special mission and shut down the trafficking ring.

How to find missing Buyer Briefcases?: There are 10 Buyers in the Human Traffic Investigation, the locations of the Buyers throughout the city can be revealed on the map after you unlock every ctOS Tower. You then need to go to these locations and Hack the Buyers Phones to listen into their calls to find the locations of the 10 Briefcases and then collect the Briefcases.

Once you have found all of the Briefcase you will receive a call to the whereabouts of Joseph DeMarco and then need to complete the final mission.

Note: You can view your total collected Human Traffic Buyer Briefcases in the Progression Wheel (access it by selecting up on the Directional-Pad). – Upon completion of the final mission you’ll receive a 1,000 XP reward!
