About The Cosplayer:

Leon Chiro is an Italian cosplayer, gamer, photomodel, bartender, personal trainer, and student in Sports Science and Physiotherapy University. He’s self-taught and makes his own costumes! His main inspirations are: “Always determinated by Competitions in every Cosplay Contest. Always using my heart in my Cosplay interpretations.”

To quote him about this cosplay: “I would really like to have a real Prince of Persia Dagger of Time to make it work and rewind the time to live again the deep and intense emotions of today! Just a lot of heart and fomento! Some little things are made to last forever in our memories… 🙂 ”

In this video Leon talks (in Italian) about why cosplay is awesome:

Prince of Persia Info:

In 2003’s “Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time” we embark on a journey of scorched sands and ancient legends. A young prince, drawn to the dark powers of a magic dagger, unleashes a deadly evil upon a beautiful kingdom. Guide the Prince on his quest to reverse the curse by using the Sands of Time, a power which allows you to erase the past, see into the future and slow down the present. Perform gravity-defying acrobatics and swashbuckling attacks in a staggering array of landscapes and kingdoms. Restore peace to the land and fulfill your destiny.

To quote The Prince: “Deceived by the treacherous Vizier, I was led to unleash the Sands of Time curse upon the Sultan’s kingdom. With little but an ancient dagger and a devious princess to aid me, I must undo my fatal mistake. Mine is a fight for survival… not glory.”
