Mario Kart 8 Tracks List

Nintendo has revealed the complete Mario Kart 8 tracks list of all 32 courses in the Wii U racing game. You’ll be able to take on these twisting gravity-defying courses in Grand Prix, Time Trials, and VS Race modes.

16 Remixed classic courses make a return in Mario Kart 8, with favorites such as Moo Moo Meadows from Mario Kart Wii, Toad’s Turnpike from Mario Kart 64 and Donut Plains from Super Mario Kart, among others. The graphics and layout of these courses have been redesigned and re-imagined. For example, Toad’s Turnpike now allows players to drive up certain walls in anti-gravity mode.

There are 16 brand new tracks, along with 16 retro / classic tracks. Take a look below…

Lots of great-looking new courses this 8th time! But oh jeez, Rainbow Road is back! That’s always my least favorite track in any Mario Kart, especially the N64 version. On the plus side, they did remake Royal Raceway from the N64 but to prevent online lag they removed the side-road to Princess Peach’s Castle from Super Mario 64. Not that it matters much, we’ll be playing the 16 new courses the most anyway! 🙂

Which do you think will be your favorite Mario Kart 8 tracks?
